excellent organisationwonderful foodreally good serviceunusual policy
i booked a buffet for a celebration and it was great the organisation was top notch the food tasted very nice the staff were great too help i found comfort on that difficult day i appreciate their support. the service was really good the staff were very kind it was a huge comfort on a tough day thank you.
i booked a double room but i didn't know it was on a per person basis i needed to pay more to share the room this policy felt odd it felt more like a b&b this made checking in confusing.

the hotel has crisp white linen and a bright room with windows this added a touch of glamour it made the dining experience more enjoyable the setting was beautiful it enhanced the occasion significantly.

the staff sang happy birthday it made the event feel special they paid close attention to every detail to ensure everything was perfect the servers were dressed immaculately and were helpful this contributed to a flawless dining experience.

The room had plug sockets by the bed! breakfast had a good choice of items. staff knew my room number without needing to ask me. It was easy to be seated and start breakfast with a delicious full english.
